Job summary

EuroAsia Executive Search, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Retail Associate to support daily store operations in Metro Manila. You will assist customers, drive sales, and ensure accurate inventory and merchandising standards.

The role requires strong communication skills, familiarity with inventory processes, and a willingness to work weekends and shifting schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Retail operations or customer service experience is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome.

• Willing to work on weekends, holidays and shifting schedules when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations of the retail store to ensure efficient service.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
• Promote products and services to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor product availability, stock levels, and inventory movement.
• Ensure proper product display, pricing, labeling, and merchandising standards.
• Assist in receiving, checking, storing, and replenishing merchandise.
• Monitor sales performance and provide feedback on customer preferences and product movement.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation.
• Assist with inventory counts and ensure accurate stock records.
• Prepare sales, inventory, and other store-related reports as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth retail operations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Store Supervisor or Manager.
