Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English.
• Minimum two (2) years of customer service experience focused on sales.
• Knowledge of cash and value management.
• Previous experience in a FedEx SCS Warehouse with good knowledge of operations.

Responsibilities

• Complete administrative tasks and coordination related to front-line operations.
• Perform over-the-counter customer service and administrative duties.
• Assist customers by tracing packages and answering questions.
• Check packages to ensure compliance and proper documentation.
• Collaborate with budget fulfillment and support branch profitability.
• Open and close the branch, maintain a clean work area.
• Recognize new customers or business opportunities.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience with appropriate solutions.
