• Math Skills: Basic arithmetic and numerical accuracy to handle cash drawers, make change, and process transactions.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and routinely lift moderate weights (often up to 50 lbs) for stocking and inventory purposes.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly, identify their needs, and provide expert product recommendations and demonstrations.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets by upselling, cross‑selling, and informing customers about promotions or loyalty programs.
• Maintain the visual appeal of the sales floor, restock shelves, set up merchandise displays, and ensure product pricing tags are accurate.
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to accurately process cash and card payments, handle returns, and issue refunds.
• Listen attentively to customer complaints and resolve them with empathy and professionalism.
