Westfair Marketing, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our retail team in Ortigas, Pasig City. This full-time role places you at the heart of customer experience, driving sales and building strong client relationships.

You will greet customers, make product recommendations, handle transactions, maintain displays, and support inventory management while upholding our service standards and brand values.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Associate or in a similar retail customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customer bases.
• Strong sales instinct and the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic computer literacy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities.
• High level of personal presentation and professional appearance.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks such as lifting and stocking merchandise.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and inventory.
• A positive attitude, enthusiasm and genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Previous experience in the Retail & Consumer Products sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to create a welcoming shopping environment
• Assist customers in selecting products by offering knowledgeable product recommendations tailored to their needs
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using point-of-sale systems
• Maintain product displays and ensure the retail space is clean, organized and visually appealing
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves and organizing stock rooms
• Identify customer needs and upsell or cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints professionally and courteously
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and loss prevention guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Stay updated on current product promotions, sales and new merchandise arrivals
