About the role

Westfair Marketing, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team in Roxas City, Capiz. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales across our retail operations. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, engaging directly with customers and representing our commitment to quality products and outstanding service.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting customers warmly and professionally upon arrival at the store
2. Assisting customers in locating and selecting products that meet their needs and preferences
3. Providing detailed product information and making recommendations based on customer requirements
4. Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale
5. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a courteous and timely manner
6. Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and product display throughout the store
7. Restocking shelves and organizing inventory to ensure product availability
8. Monitoring stock levels and reporting low inventory to management
9. Adhering to company policies, procedures and loss prevention protocols
10. Contributing to a positive team environment through collaboration and mutual support

What we're looking for

1. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential for enthusiastic candidates
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers
3. Strong numeracy skills and proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash handling
4. Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as required by the business
5. A positive attitude, professional appearance and commitment to customer satisfaction
