You will welcome customers, assist with their shopping needs, recommend products, cross-sell merchandise, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience while supporting daily store operations. The role requires a high school or college-level education, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• Senior High School diploma, vocational course, or college level.
• Previous retail sales experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
• Can start immediately is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist customers in selecting products that suit their needs.
• Recommend and cross-sell merchandise to maximize sales.
• Maintain product knowledge to answer customer inquiries.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed and replenished.
• Process sales transactions through the POS system.
• Assist in receiving, tagging, and organizing stocks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Help achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Perform other store-related duties as assigned.
