Job summary

Tadhana Fragrances Corp. in Metro Manila seeks a counter associate who embodies the brand. You’ll sell through consultation, guide customers through twelve fragrances, and ensure testers and stock are ready each shift.

You will capture sign-ups, manage POS, and participate in pop-up events including weekends and occasional evenings outside Makati. Fluent English and Filipino are required, and you should be presentable and able to stand for shifts.

Qualifications

• Fluent Filipino and English conversation.
• Comfortable starting conversations with strangers, all day.
• Presentable and well-groomed.
• Able to stand for full shifts and lift materials.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
• Honest with money and stock management.

Responsibilities

• Sell through consultation by asking questions and guiding customers through the fragrance range.
• Know the range by heart — twelve fragrances, their notes, wear, who they suit, and sourcing.
• Explain pricing and what customers are paying for.
• Hit daily and monthly sales targets with a clear commission structure.
• Capture customer details, sign-ups, and notes on purchases and preferences, logged accurately each shift.
• Run the counter — testers cleaned, stock faced, packaging stocked, POS balanced, daily sales reported.
