Job summary

StoreHub is seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure merchants maximize the StoreHub platform and derive value from its features. You will manage relationships across a portfolio, monitor health and renewals, and guide customers to adopt and expand usage of our SaaS solutions.

You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, analyze usage data, and contribute to forecasting and reporting. This onsite role in Makati offers growth and exposure to diverse retail tech environments.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing customer accounts and driving long-term success.
• Strong ability to manage account health, renewals, and reduce churn while protecting recurring revenue.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting skills to inform actions and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management: Build and maintain high-trust partnerships with key stakeholders across your merchant portfolio.
• Retention & health: Proactively manage account health and renewal pipelines for long-term stability and growth.
• Value adoption: Guide merchants to maximize product usage and value from the platform.
• Upselling & expansion: Identify and support upsell of add-ons and expansion opportunities.
• Strategic problem solving: Advocate internally to resolve merchant issues swiftly.
• Customer advocacy: Channel merchant feedback into actionable insights for product and service teams.
• Operational excellence: Maintain precise data and forecasting for portfolio visibility.
