Job summary

NCR Voyix in Cebu City is seeking an experienced technical support specialist to troubleshoot complex software, platforms, operating systems, IoT, and POS devices across Windows and Linux environments. You will analyze logs, diagnostics, APIs, and telemetry to identify root causes, collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams, and contribute to documentation and cross-functional knowledge sharing.

The role includes rotating product-pod exposure.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of technical, application, or software support experience.
• Experience supporting POS, retail, or distributed enterprise systems.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows and Linux environments.
• Knowledge of POS hardware, OPOS/JPOS, and device integration.
• Ability to analyze logs and diagnostics.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex software, platform, and POS device issues.
• Analyze logs, diagnostics, APIs, and system telemetry to identify root causes.
• Support IoT-enabled retail systems and POS peripherals (scanners, printers, cash drawers, scales, payment devices).
• Investigate OPOS/JPOS, CTM, and device communication issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Product teams on escalations and resolutions.
• Create technical documentation and share knowledge with support teams.
• Participate in a rotating product-pod model to build expertise across NCR retail platforms.
