Job summary

NCR Voyix Corporation is seeking a Retail and Ecommerce Application Support Associate I in Cebu, Philippines. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling incidents across POS, e-commerce, payments, and related apps to minimize downtime and ensure satisfaction.

This role requires strong English communication, basic Windows knowledge, and a structured, process-driven approach. Onsite work hours include 24/7 shifts with core day and night blocks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic technical knowledge and experience with Windows operating systems.
• Ability to work in a structured, process driven support environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle Level 1 technical support for retail and ecommerce applications.
• Perform remote support via phone, email, and chat with customers.
• Document incidents clearly in the ITSM system and track progress.
• Collaborate with Level 2/3 teams for escalations and handovers.
• Maintain CSAT targets by delivering timely, professional service.
