Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory or team leadership experience in retail operations.
• Experience supervising Cash Management, Procurement, Workforce Administration, or related support functions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Stations Support Services team.
• Ensure the timely and accurate completion of support services and deliverables for gas station operations.
• Lead and monitor the performance of the Cash Management, Procurement, and Workforce Support teams.
• Assign, prioritize, and monitor workloads to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls across all support functions.
• Review reports, transactions, and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards.
• Coordinate with station personnel and cross-functional departments to address operational concerns and provide timely resolutions.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions when targets are not achieved.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance productivity, and streamline support operations.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and growth.
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management regarding performance, issues, and improvements.
• Support the implementation of new policies, systems, and projects related to retail station support services.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
