Job summary

Rephil Station Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking a Station Support Officer to oversee the daily operations of the Stations Support Services team.

You will supervise Cash Management, Procurement, and Workforce Support, ensuring timely, accurate delivery and adherence to internal controls while driving process improvements. The role requires 3–5 years in supervisory roles within retail or fuel industries, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience supervising Cash Management, Procurement, Workforce Administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective cross-department collaboration and communication.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Stations Support Services team.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of support services for gas station ops.
• Lead and monitor Cash Management, Procurement, and Workforce Support teams.
• Assign, prioritize, and monitor workloads for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Review reports and documentation for accuracy and standards.
• Coordinate with station personnel and cross-functional departments.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions when targets are not met.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and productivity.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members for growth.
• Prepare operational reports and updates to management.
• Support new policies, systems, and projects for retail station services.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
