Job summary

Euroasia Manpower Services, Inc. is seeking Retail Operations Staff to support client store operations in the Philippines, delivering excellent customer experience across service, cashiering, inventory, and beverage preparation where applicable.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing transactions, receiving and organizing stock, and supporting daily store opening and closing activities with the store team to maintain product availability and uphold service standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service orientation and product knowledge.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate POS systems.
• Experience in stock receiving, inventory counts, and stock replenishment.

We are looking for dedicated, customer-focused, and reliable Retail Operations Staff to support our client store operations and deliver an excellent customer experience.

This position covers various retail and store support functions, including customer service, product assistance, cashiering, inventory management, receiving, stock handling, and beverage preparation.

Depending on your experience, skills, and qualifications, you may be assigned to one of the following functions:

• Product Specialist
• Cashier
• Receiving Clerk
• Stock Clerk
• Barista
• Other Retail and Store Support Functions

You will work closely with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations, maintain product availability, assist customers, and uphold the company's service and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Product Assistance

• Assist customers with their inquiries, product selection, and purchasing needs.
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.
• Maintain product knowledge to support customer recommendations.
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the shopping process.

Cashiering & Sales Support

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, electronic payments, and other approved payment methods.
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Follow company policies on cash handling and customer service.

Receiving & Inventory Operations

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming products and supplies.
• Check product quantities, quality, and documentation against delivery records.
• Assist with inventory counting and stock monitoring.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and replenishment of products.
• Maintain an organized and clean stockroom and store area.

Barista & Store Operations

• Prepare and serve beverages and other products according to company standards, where applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and proper food-handling practices.
• Support daily store opening, closing, and general operational activities.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store objectives.

General Store Support

• Follow company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Store Supervisor or Management
