Job summary

acMobility is seeking a Retail Operations Assistant to support efficient execution of retail and service operations. The role involves monitoring performance, analyzing operational data, and collaborating with frontline and support teams to ensure processes, standards, and timelines are met across the network.

The successful candidate will track metrics, maintain operation trackers, prepare regular reports, and help implement guidelines across locations.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and analyze retail and service operations data, including performance metrics, compliance status, and operational timelines
• Maintain and update operational trackers related to store activities, onboarding, service performance, and process adherence
• Prepare regular operational reports and insights to support management decision-making
• Coordinate with Retail, Service, HR, Talent Acquisition, and other support teams to ensure operational requirements and deadlines are met
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, or recurring operational issues and recommend improvement actions
• Support the implementation and adherence to operational guidelines, policies, and best practices across retail locations
• Assist in managing store or service-related escalations by coordinating with relevant stakeholders
• Support audits, documentation, and compliance-related activities impacting retail and service operations

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and follow-through skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in automotive retail, logistics, or multi-site operations is an advantage
