Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 8–12 years of experience in managing retail or multi-site operations, preferably oil & gas
• At least 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong background in operations management, sales performance, and business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Summary

The Business Unit Head is responsible for leading and managing the overall operations, profitability, and strategic growth of the retail fuel station network. The role ensures efficient, safe, and standardized operations across all locations while driving revenue, customer satisfaction, and business expansion. The position also ensures the consistent implementation of the customer service standards and promotes a culture aligned with the company core values to deliver excellent customer experience, operational discipline, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field
• Extensive experience (8-12 years) in managing retail or multi-site operations, preferably within the oil and gas industry
• With at least 3 years of managerial or leadership experience
• Strong background in operations management, sales performance, and business development
• Must have strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledgeable in financial management, cost control, and performance analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be willing to travel frequently for field operations
• Results-driven, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple locations
• Can drive and possesses a valid LTO Driver’s License.
