Gentem Consulting seeks a Business Unit Head to lead and manage the operations, profitability, and strategic growth of the retail fuel station network across multiple sites in the Philippines.

You will drive revenue, ensure safety and standardized operations, elevate customer experience, and align teams with company values while advancing expansion and organizational effectiveness. A proven track record in multi-site operations and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 8–12 years of experience in managing retail or multi-site operations, preferably oil & gas
• At least 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong background in operations management, sales performance, and business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall operations of the retail fuel station network
• Drive profitability and strategic growth across multiple sites
• Ensure safe, standardized operations and compliance with customer service standards
