• Policy Implementation: Roll out corporate retail strategies, marketing campaigns, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to all branch stores.
• Data Analysis: Track and analyze nationwide or regional sales reports, inventory metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to spot trends.
• Store Communication: Act as the primary liaison between field staff/store managers and headquarters departments.
• Inventory & Resource Coordination: Assist in forecasting product stock levels, managing supply chain bottlenecks, and allocating resources across locations.
• Administrative Support: Maintain operational databases, prepare regular management performance dashboards, and assist with compliance audits.
