Job summary

TEVIANT is seeking an ambitious Ads Specialist to join our Marketing & Communications team in San Juan City, Metro Manila. You will develop and execute digital advertising strategies, manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook and other platforms, and optimise for ROI.

You will analyse performance data, generate detailed ROI reports, and collaborate with the team to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Ads/Digital Marketing or similar role.
• Experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn or similar platforms.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to interpret metrics in GA and other tools.
• Solid knowledge of SEM, display advertising and social media advertising.

Responsibilities

• Create, launch and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and report ROI and KPI trends.
• Optimise ad copy, landing pages and targeting for lower CPA.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
• Run A/B tests to refine creatives and messaging.
• Stay updated on platform changes and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing team to align campaigns with brand strategy.
• Provide insights to support strategic marketing decisions.
