Millennial Zeal Technology Corporation is seeking an OBS Supervisor / Management Trainee to lead retail operations, drive sales performance, and manage store execution across multiple locations. You will supervise sales teams, coordinate with Marketing, Merchandising, and Logistics, and ensure brand standards, budget discipline, and high customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in retail operations.
• Experience in sales management, inventory control, and visual merchandising.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed retail targets.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue via upselling, cross-selling, and new partnerships.
• Collaborate with Marketing to boost store traffic and conversion through promotions.
• Lead and mentor Sales Supervisors and Sales Associates across locations.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales, inventory, and store operations.
• Manage B2B and institutional accounts and coordinate corporate orders.
