Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or retail marketing roles.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, identify their needs, provide detailed product information, and guide them to successful purchases.
• Monitor local market trends, track competitor pricing, and suggest new promotional ideas to attract foot traffic.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive upselling and cross-selling.
• Assist in managing local social media pages, creating engaging content, and announcing new arrivals or seasonal sales.
