Job summary

Jackson and Ching Builders Development Corporation in Leyte invites a motivated retail sales professional to enhance the in-store and digital shopping experience, meet sales targets, and promote products.

You will greet customers, provide product information, manage social media promotions, and support promotions using POS systems and basic Office tools.

A Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years' experience in retail sales, customer service, or retail marketing are preferred.

Provide an exceptional shopping experience, execute in-store and digital promotional campaigns, and consistently meet sales targets to drive store growth

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management or any related field.

• With at least 1 to 3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or retail marketing roles

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to connect easily with diverse customers

• Basic familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook etc.) for business promotion.

• Proficiency with retail POS systems and basic Microsoft Office
