Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• MBA with a concentration in Marketing is preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on retail marketing, advertising, promotions, and e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives and drive shopper loyalty.
• Conduct market and consumer analysis, including competitive research and trend monitoring.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns with clear KPIs.
