Job summary

INGCOPH Traders Inc. is seeking a Finance & Retail Operations Analyst to monitor financial and operational performance across store networks, prepare reports, manage cash controls, and coordinate with store teams to identify issues and implement corrective actions.

You will track sales, margins, inventory, and expenditures, ensure compliance with procedures, and support management with data-driven insights while supervising junior staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years in retail/store operations, finance, accounting, audit, or financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze financial and operational reports for store operations.
• Monitor sales performance, gross margin, expenses, inventory, and profitability.
• Analyze trends and variances, providing actionable insights to management.
• Monitor cash handling, settlements, petty cash, and expense accountability.
• Ensure compliance with cash procedures and internal controls.
• Investigate cash discrepancies and unusual transactions.
• Track store KPIs, stock movements, replenishment, and merchandising activities.
• Identify operational issues impacting sales, profitability, or inventory.
• Coordinate with departments to enforce policies and accounting requirements.
