Job summary

Rockwell Land Corporation is seeking a Design Associate (Retail) to manage tenant design and fit-out across our developments. You will guide tenants, architects, and designers from concept through turnover, ensuring alignment with design standards and mall aesthetics.

Qualified candidates should have 3–5 years in retail design and be licensed, with strong review and coordination skills for timely, high-quality deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Licensed Architect or Interior Designer.
• 3-5 years experience in retail design/tenant fit-out coordination.
• Experience reviewing design submissions through construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate tenant design concepts and drawings for retail stores.
• Coordinate with tenants, architects, and designers to align with standards.
• Monitor fit-out progress and ensure compliance with approved plans.
• Support design guideline implementation and project documentation.
• Track submissions, approvals, and construction progress.
