Job summary

Synchronicity Select is seeking a Retail Sales Coordinator to support orders, inventory, and invoicing across multiple outlets in the Metro Manila area. The role involves coordinating with drivers, updating stock records, and handling customer inquiries to ensure smooth operations.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, strong MS Office skills, and experience in sales administration within retail or leasing environments.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries and assist in rental processing for retail stores.

Job description

I. JOB MISSION/SUMMARY

To regularly update and safekeeps files, process necessary documents in relation to sales orders from stocks reservations to delivery. To inform superiors of matters concerning inventory movement and status.

II. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Processing Sales Order

1. Prepares sales order to reserve stocks and orders from the warehouse for distribution to outlets.
2. Prepares documents of deliveries and coordinates with drivers and supervisors.
3. Processes outlet sales for invoicing and collection.
4. Receives, distributes copies, and records Offsite Relocation Receipt (ORR) received from various outlets.
5. Prepares pull‑out slips for various outlets.
6. Coordinates with service center staff and promoters in processing orders with services.
7. Assists in the handling of customer queries and complaints.

Stocks Inventory

1. Facilitates the distribution of products/items to various outlets as allocated by the Mktg Manager.
2. Assists auditors during physical inventories of the special warehouse.
3. Generates inventory and sales by SKU as needed.

Update Records / Files

1. Maintains and provides folders of outlets for stock replenishment and allocation
2. Updates accounts receivable.
3. Updates and monitors outlet late reports.
4. Updates outlet profitability report.
5. Updates product forecasting report.
6. Updates lost hang sell report.
7. Maintains systematic files of documents

III. Qualification / Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ Degree in Business course or any related on the same field.
2. Required skill(s): MS Office specifically in Word and Excel.
3. At lease with background in Sales Admin / Selling process.
4. Experience in handling Retail & Leasing
5. Background in processing rental in different retail stores.
