You will resolve customer concerns, process orders, and ensure a seamless service experience across channels. The role requires at least 1 year of BPO or customer support experience, completion of 2nd-year college, and willingness to work on-site with shifting schedules.

• At least 1 year and above BPO or customer support experience.

• Must have at least 2 months of experience handling a UK-based account

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal), multi-tasking ability for blended queues, and basic computer proficiency.

• Willing to work on-site in One Makati and shifting schedules.
