ValueMax invites applications for a Retail Area Executive (Operations) to oversee multi-site store operations across Singapore. You will work closely with the Area Manager to ensure compliance, service quality, and operational excellence while supporting staff and system enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine store checks, audits, and cash audits to meet standards.
• Monitor deposits, license expiries, and coordinate equipment calibration.
• Support implementation of new initiatives, system upgrades, and process improvements.
• Provide ROP/AML compliance updates and operational guidance to store teams.
• Assist with staff counselling and disciplinary processes under Area Manager guidance.
• Ensure repairs, maintenance, and security requirements are in order.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Assist with pricing guidance and valuation activities; gather market feedback.
• Support sales interactions and deliver strong customer service.
• Monitor customer recovery matters and advise on blacklisting decisions.
• Attend Operations meetings and record minutes.
• Coordinate with Operations on store openings, closures, relocations, and stock takes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine store checks, audits, and cash audits to ensure operational standards are met

• Monitor customer deposits, license expiries, and coordinate equipment calibration

• Support the implementation of new initiatives, system enhancements, and process improvements

• Provide ROP/AML compliance updates and operational guidance to store teams

• Assist with staff counselling and disciplinary matters under Area Manager guidance, and support fair manpower deployment

• Ensure repairs, maintenance, and security requirements are in order

• Liaise with statutory boards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Support valuation activities, gather marketing feedback, and ensure pricing guidance is in place

• Assist with sales interactions and deliver strong customer service

• Monitor customer recovery matters and elevate blacklisting recommendations where necessary

• Attend Operations meetings and prepare meeting minutes

• Coordinate with the Operations Team on store openings, closures, relocations, and stock takes

What We're Looking For

• Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred
