Job summary

Bigtime Empire Corporation is seeking a customer service associate for our restaurant. You will greet guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks while maintaining cleanliness and order across dining and kitchen areas.

The role requires good communication and teamwork, with willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. Previous service experience is preferred but not mandatory for fresh graduates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college level is an advantage.
• Previous restaurant, café, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and process them using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle cash, card, and other electronic payments accurately and securely.
• Prepare food and beverages according to company recipes, quality, and presentation standards.
• Assist in food preparation, portioning, assembling, and packaging.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining, kitchen, and work areas.
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
• Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve operational, sales, and customer service goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.
