Job summary

BigTime Empire Corporation is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead restaurant day-to-day activities, ensure SOP compliance, uphold food safety standards, and maintain cleanliness and sanitation across all areas.

You will drive sales and profitability by analyzing daily reports, controlling labor and food costs, and implementing local marketing initiatives. You will recruit, coach, schedule, and evaluate staff while delivering exceptional customer service and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in hospitality or related field.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory or managerial experience in F&B.
• Strong background in restaurant operations and people management.
• Experience handling high-volume restaurant operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of inventory management, cost control, scheduling, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with strong decision-making abilities.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Ensure compliance with all SOPs and maintain high food quality and sanitation standards.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, coach, and schedule staff; monitor performance and attendance.
