Job summary

BigTime Empire Corporation seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant activities, ensuring smooth service, SOP compliance, and high food quality. You will lead a team, manage schedules, and uphold safety standards.

You will analyze sales, control costs, and drive profitability while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related field.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or managerial experience in the F&B industry.
• Strong background in restaurant operations and people management.
• Experience handling high-volume restaurant operations is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in inventory management, cost control, scheduling, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented with strong decision-making abilities.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and maintain food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Monitor opening and closing procedures and equipment maintenance.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and analyze daily sales to increase revenue.
• Control labor costs, food costs, and operating expenses.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, coach, and schedule staff; monitor performance.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and build customer loyalty.
• Monitor inventory levels, receiving, storage, and minimize waste.
• Ensure food safety and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare operational reports and coordinate with Head Office.
