Job summary

The Manna Cuisine Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Auditor to ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales transactions. The role involves auditing daily sales, validating revenues, and coordinating across Operations, Finance, and Accounting to enforce company policies.

Fresh graduates are encouraged, with 1 year of auditing or related experience preferred; strong Excel and analytical skills are essential for accurate reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in auditing, accounting, finance, revenue assurance, or related functions is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong analytical and accounting backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of auditing principles, financial controls, and reconciliation processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with POS systems and sales reporting is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit daily sales transactions and reports from all business units and outlets.
• Verify the accuracy of sales, discounts, voids, refunds, and promotional transactions.
• Reconcile sales records with POS reports, cash collections, bank deposits, and other supporting documents.
• Investigate and report discrepancies, variances, and unusual transactions.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, internal controls, and established procedures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly audit reports for management.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Accounting, and other departments regarding audit findings and corrective actions.
• Maintain organized and accurate audit documentation and records.
• Assist in special audits and management-requested reviews as needed.
