Job summary

Milagrita Global Food Corporation (Samgyupsalamat) seeks a Restaurant Operations Auditor to ensure restaurant operations meet company standards and deliver excellent customer experiences.

The role conducts regular and surprise audits, identifies gaps and risks, and collaborates with Operations and Store Teams to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement. Strong analytical skills and travel to branches are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Management, or Operations Management.
• 4–8 years of experience in restaurant, QSR, café, hospitality, or F&B operations.
• Experience in operations auditing, store auditing, quality assurance, compliance, or operations excellence.
• Strong understanding of SOPs and restaurant operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to conduct regular branch/store visits and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and surprise audits across Samgyupsalamat branches.
• Audit overall restaurant operations, including SOPs, food safety, product quality, inventory, cash handling, and service standards.
• Prepare clear audit reports with findings and corrective actions.
• Work with Restaurant Managers and Operations Teams to develop corrective action plans.
• Conduct follow-up audits to ensure findings are addressed.
• Escalate significant risks to management.
• Maintain accurate records of audits and actions.
