Job summary

Create Synergies Inc. is seeking a Senior Income Audit Associate to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of revenue transactions across hospitality domains.

You will review POS data, reconcile cash settlements, and validate revenue streams to support timely, compliant reporting. The ideal candidate has 3-4 years in income audit or revenue accounting within hospitality, shared services, or multinational settings, and strong Excel, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• 3-4 years of income audit, hospitality accounting, or revenue accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of revenue auditing, GAAP and related standards.
• Hands-on ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) and POS systems.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).

Responsibilities

• Review and validate daily revenue transactions across sales, F&B, rooms, events, and other streams.
• Perform detailed reconciliations of POS transactions, cashier reports, and settlements.
• Review discounts, voids, refunds, and complimentary transactions for proper authorization.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly income audit reports and supporting schedules.
• Ensure revenue is properly recorded in the General Ledger and compliant with policies.
