Job summary

Culture Bistro Corp. in NS Amoranto, Quezon City, Metro Manila, is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, ensure top service, and maintain a welcoming environment for guests and staff.

The role requires at least 2 years in restaurant management, strong leadership, food safety knowledge, and the ability to manage budgets and staff performance. You will supervise service, optimize reservations, and drive revenue through effective cost control and outstanding hospitality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager for at least 2 years or similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including service, inventory, and financial control.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, overtime, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and scheduling
• Supervise and train restaurant staff to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to company standards
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and customer flow to optimize the dining experience
• Monitor and control food and beverage costs to maintain profitability targets
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure efficient service delivery
• Conduct staff performance reviews and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Manage budget planning, financial reporting, and cash handling procedures
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, ambiance, and equipment maintenance standards
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and attract new customers
