Job summary

Top Asia Management Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in leading daily operations, ensuring food safety, quality, and warm customer service.

You will oversee front and back of house, manage staff, monitor inventory, and implement store policies. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and willingness to work extended hours, nights, and holidays to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Must have a 4-year degree (HRM, Management, Marketing)
• Preferably with experience in fast food industry
• Flexible to extended hours, peak hours, weekends and holidays
• Must have knowledge in Profit & Loss Management
• Must be people oriented with good communication skills
• Must be proactive and show initiative
• Preferably living around Plaza Leon, Tondo, Manila

Responsibilities

• Assists in conducting and managing team meetings to set daily schedules and activities
• Assists in monitoring standard production processes and strict observance of food safety
• Checks food and service quality consistently
• Assists in managing team members, preparing reports and inventory costs
• Assists in monitoring and replenishing of stocks and orderings
• Assists in overseeing and making sure that day-to-day operations are working smoothly
