The role involves supervising staff, handling cash transactions, preparing reports, and assisting in hiring while meeting KPIs for quality, service, and speed.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum work experience preferred; 1-3 years indicated.
• On-site role based in Bulacan, Philippines.
• High school level education required.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Fast-paced restaurant environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, lead the team, ensure customer service and maintain cleanliness.
• Manage inventory and KPIs (Quality of Food, Service, Speed).
• Handle financial transactions and ensure health and safety compliance.
