Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, including operation and maintenance.
• Understanding of BOH operations, including receiving and storage.
• Proficient in inventory reconciliation and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of food cost management and audit procedures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Review inventory management and stock movement processes.
• Perform inventory and cost variance analysis to identify discrepancies.
• Evaluate kitchen equipment condition and maintenance.
• Monitor adherence to operating procedures in FOH and BOH operations.
• Prepare detailed audit reports on inventory and operational variances.
