Jollibee Group in Pasay City is seeking a Restaurant Manager to drive store business objectives, including sales and profitability, while maintaining customer satisfaction and complying with Food Safety, cleanliness, and government standards. Responsibilities include leading and developing a team, ensuring operational excellence, and adherence to store systems.

The role requires a degree in food/hospitality or business, plus 3-4 years of leadership experience in service industries.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management or Administration and/or any Business-Related course.
• 3-4 years of leadership experience in service-oriented industries such as retail, hotel, restaurant, or quick service restaurant.
• Demonstrates strong customer management orientation with decision-making abilities to meet customer needs.
• People management capability in coaching, developing, and supervising a team.
• Knowledge of basic store operations with ability to assess improvements, ensure compliance to standards, and drive sales/profitability.

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the development and achievement of the store business objectives such as Sales and Profitability targets, customer satisfaction & Food, Safety and Cleanliness standards; People Management and Development; and Stores adherence to operating systems and standards and compliance to all government requirements.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree preferably of Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management or Administration and/or any Business-Related course
• Three to four (3-4) years of leadership functioning a service-oriented industry such as retail, hotel, restaurant, or quick service restaurant, among others
• Demonstrates high customer management orientation, with ability to make decisions and take actions to ensure customer needs are met.
• People management capability in coaching, developing, and supervising a team.
• Knowledge on basic store operations, with capability to assess operational improvements, compliance to defined standards, sales, and profitability.
