Job summary

Hen Hao Hot Pot in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and drive service excellence. You will oversee Supervisors and staff, ensure food quality and safety, and manage costs while maintaining guest satisfaction.

The role requires 3–5 years in a restaurant management position, strong leadership and communication skills, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Experience in hot pot or casual dining is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience as Restaurant Manager or similar role in the F&B industry.
• Strong leadership, people management and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to manage cost, budgets and operational efficiency.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in hot pot or casual dining restaurants is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall restaurant operations and daily performance
• Lead, coach and manage Supervisors and Restaurants Staffs
• Ensure high standards of customer service and food quality
• Monitor sales, costs and operational expenses
• Handle customer concerns and ensure proper resolution

• Oversee inventory control, ordering and stock management
