Job summary

Mecer Consulting Limited is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure top-quality service. The role requires a graduate qualification and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in F&B, including experience in creating coffee beverages and mixed drinks.

You will lead staff recruitment, training, and performance, while monitoring inventory and enforcing policies to maintain high standards at the worksite in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Graduate qualification (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree).
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in F&B.
• With experience in creating coffee and mix alcohol and other drink beverages

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality service.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance to maintain high service standards.
• Develop and implement restaurant policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Monitor inventory and ordering processes to ensure smooth operations.
