Job summary

Nikkei Group of Restaurants in Makati is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and ensure an outstanding dining experience for guests. You will oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house teams and partner with the culinary team to uphold service and presentation standards.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Food and Service or Hospitality Management, has at least 1 year of upscale Restaurant Manager experience, fluent English, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food and Service or Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience as Restaurant Manager in upscale dining.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant reports is a plus.
