Job summary

Creative Cuisine Group is seeking a Restaurant Audit Officer to ensure branches meet company standards and food safety laws. You will monitor inventory, evaluate customer service, and report bottlenecks to uphold brand consistency.

Responsibilities include audits for safety and hygiene, cost control, compliance with SOPs, and collaboration with Operations to implement improvements across multiple store locations. Willingness to travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/food/hospitality management or related field.
• 1–2 years of auditing, compliance, quality assurance, or multi-unit restaurant operations experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and spreadsheet apps.

Responsibilities

• Quality & Food Safety Assurance: conduct regular audits for safety protocols and hygiene standards.
• Inventory & Cost Control: audit stock levels, investigate variances and monitor costs/waste.
• Operational Compliance: evaluate opening/closing procedures and SOP adherence.
• Financial & Cash Management: verify cash controls, discounts, and refunds.
• Reporting & Action Plans: document findings and propose actions for leadership.
• Process Improvement: collaborate to resolve bottlenecks and roll out new initiatives.
