Job summary

Zark's Food Ventures Corp. in the Philippines is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales targets, and ensure consistent service across the outlet.

You will supervise staff, coordinate kitchen activities, manage inventory, and maintain sanitary standards while delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will also analyze profits/losses and leverage POS reporting to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be a college graduate of Business or Hospitality.
• At least two years of experience handling one branch/establishment.
• Adept in duty and time scheduling of personnel.
• Able to conduct proper and accurate inventories.
• Knowledgeable in POS and computer-generated reporting.
• Has analytical knowledge based on profits and losses report.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the leader of the branch and responsible for attainment of overall branch targets and sales.
• Ensures department goals are communicated, understood, and implemented in the branch.
• Ensures proper kitchen standards are followed.
• Manages day-to-day activities of staff and the overall operations for timely service delivery.
• Maintains effective control, supervision, and high service standards by coordinating tasks and resources.
• Ensures maximum guest satisfaction and handles complaints.
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting actions and needs.
• Forecasts proper orders and maintains sanitary kitchen conditions.
