Job summary

Zark's Food Ventures Corp. in the Philippines is seeking a Branch Manager to lead one outlet and drive overall branch targets and sales. You will oversee daily operations, ensure kitchen standards, and manage staff scheduling and performance.

Responsibilities include maintaining high service standards, handling guest complaints, coordinating tasks, forecasting orders, and ensuring accurate inventories with POS and reporting systems. A strong leader with 2+ years at a single branch is preferred.

Qualifications

• College graduate of Business or Hospitality or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience handling one branch.
• Adept in preparing duty and time schedules for personnel.
• Able to conduct proper and accurate inventories.
• Knowledgeable in POS and computer-generated reporting.
• Has analytical knowledge based on profits and losses report.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the leader of the branch and responsible for attainment of overall branch targets and sales.
• Ensures department goals are communicated, understood, and implemented in the branch.
• Ensures proper kitchen standards are followed.
• Manages day-to-day activities of staff and operations for timely service delivery.
• Maintains control, supervision, and high service standards by coordinating tasks and resources.
• Ensures maximum guest satisfaction and handles complaints.
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting actions and needs.
• Forecasts proper orders and maintains the sanitary conditions of the kitchen.
