Creative Cuisine Group is seeking a Restaurant Audit Officer to ensure branches comply with company standards, food safety laws, and profitability guidelines across Visayas and Mindanao. You will monitor inventory, evaluate customer service, report bottlenecks, and prepare actionable recommendations for operations leaders, traveling to site audits as required to uphold brand consistency.

You will collaborate with Operations and Training to roll out corrective actions and processes, ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, food tech, or related field.
• 1–2 years auditing or multi-unit restaurant operations experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in POS systems and inventory software.
• Deep understanding of HACCP and GMP food-safety guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willing to travel to audits across multiple store locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular onsite and digital audits for food safety and hygiene.
• Audit stock, investigate variances, monitor costs and waste.
• Evaluate opening/closing procedures and SOP compliance.
• Verify cash controls and discount/void/reimbursement handling.
