Job summary

HRTX in Ortigas Center, Pasig City is seeking a Resource Planning Manager / Head responsible for leading workforce planning and capacity management. You will ensure optimal staffing levels through data-driven forecasting and real-time adjustments.

The ideal candidate has proven managerial experience in resource planning, strong analytical skills, and a solid background in workforce scheduling. This is an onsite position, working Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Resource Planning, Workforce Management, or Scheduling roles at a managerial level.
• Strong background in forecasting, capacity planning, and workforce scheduling.
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Resource Planning and scheduling team.
• Develop staffing schedules and workforce forecasts based on operational demand and historical data.
• Monitor daily workforce performance and adjust staffing plans to ensure smooth operations.
