Job summary

Bluewater Resorts is seeking a Resort Nurse to provide basic medical care and first aid to employees and guests on the island. You will support health and safety compliance and assist in emergencies within the resort.

The role requires an RN with PRC license, at least 1 year of hospital experience, and the ability to work independently in a remote island setting. Free accommodation and full board meals are provided, with on-call responsibilities around the clock.

Qualifications

• RN with valid PRC license.
• Willing to relocate to the resort with free accommodation and full board meals.
• At least 1 year of hospital experience.
• OHST or BLS/First Aid certification is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote island setting.
• Maintains good physical well-being and emotional stability for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and emergency care to guests and employees.
• Coordinate with local hospitals and clinics for referrals and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and incident reports.
• Conduct regular health inspections and safety checks in staff accommodations and work areas.
• Administer over-the-counter medications and basic treatments as necessary.
• Support HR in implementing health and wellness programs.
• Ensure compliance with DOH, DOLE, and company health standards.
• Monitor medical supplies and keep the clinic stocked and well-maintained.
• Assist in safety drills, health seminars, and employee orientations.
• Maintain 24/7 availability (on-call) for emergency response.
