Job summary

AALIYAH DELICATESSEN AND COLD STORAGE INC. seeks a Digital Marketing Associate to manage the resort’s social media, develop content calendars, and coordinate promotional campaigns.

You will maintain accurate platform information, respond to inquiries, and monitor performance to drive bookings and guest engagement. The role covers content production, branding consistency, offline activities, and campaign planning with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the resort’s official social media accounts and other relevant digital platforms.
• Develop content calendars, promotional campaigns, and engaging marketing content including photos, videos, reels, stories, and advertisements.
• Monitor and respond to online inquiries, comments, messages, and reviews, coordinating with the reservations team when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and updated information on digital platforms including rates, packages, facilities, and booking details.
• Monitor social media performance, audience engagement, inquiries, and marketing-generated bookings.
• Capture, edit, and produce high-quality photos, videos, graphics, and promotional materials showcasing facilities, services, activities, guest experiences.
• Create marketing materials for digital and print use (posters, brochures, banners, etc.).
• Ensure consistent branding and professional presentation across all marketing channels.
• Maintain an organized library of marketing materials and secure consent for use of identifiable guest content.
• Develop marketing plans and promotional campaigns for management review and approval.
• Identify target markets, analyze competitors, research trends, and recommend strategies to improve competitiveness.
• Propose promotional packages and campaigns to increase occupancy, bookings, and revenue.
• Coordinate with reservations and sales teams to convert inquiries into bookings.
• Develop offline promotional activities and build relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, influencers, and local businesses.
• Propose and coordinate partnerships, referral programs, group packages, influencer collaborations, and corporate sales opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to generate group bookings, company outings, and events.
• Develop and promote seasonal campaigns, holiday offers, resort activities, dining experiences, and special events.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure marketing campaigns are accurate and feasible.
• Gather guest feedback and reviews to improve strategies and engagement.
• Support repeat bookings, referrals, upselling, and loyalty initiatives.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports covering campaigns, social media performance, inquiries, bookings, revenue contributions, expenses, and recommendations.
