Job summary

LaVie Resort and Casino Manila is seeking an Associate, Digital Marketing (Content Creator) to support online growth by assisting with the execution, optimization, and reporting of digital campaigns across social, search and display channels.

You will collaborate with marketing, design and content teams to produce engaging content, monitor campaign performance with analytics tools, and adapt content to align with brand initiatives, including flexible hours.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in brand, marketing, or communications.
Strong understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and visual identity.
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns (SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, paid ads).
Monitor and report campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite).
Create and schedule engaging content for digital channels and social platforms.
Monitor social channels for trends and engagement opportunities.
Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in brand-appropriate manner.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align content with campaigns and brand initiatives.
Work with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure timely, quality deliverables.
