Job summary

Requirements include 3-5 years in F&B management, a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field, and a solid understanding of health and safety regulations. Resort experience preferred, NCII not required.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service and preparation.
• Mixologist and bartending background helpful.

• Ability to manage and motivate staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
